Matthew Chapter 28: (Introduction to the Gospels, Coding Reference)
1Moreover after Sabbaths {upon} the-one dawning into one of the week a Mary, the-one Magdalene, came, and the other Mary to have ascertained the tomb, 2and lo a great agitation became for a universal-messenger of the lord, having descended out-of a universe ┌and┐ having come-forward he rolled-away the stone ╓from the entry╖, and he was-seated on-top it. 3Moreover the semblance of him was as a lightning and the clothing of him white like a falling-snow.
4Moreover the-ones, having heeding, were shook from terror of him, and they ┌were┐ became ╓like╖ ┌as┐ {the-ones} dead.
5Moreover the universal-messenger, having replied, said to the women, Be terrified you not! For I know that you are seeking a Jesus, the-one having been crucified, 6he is not here, he was awakened according-as he said. Come! Observe you the place where ╓the sir╖ ┌he┐ was lying! 7And having been proceeded quickly say you to the adherents of him that he was awakened from the-ones dead, and lo he is leading-before you into the Galilee, there you will observe him, lo I said to you.
8And they, having been ╓gone-forth╖ ┌gone-forth┐ from the sepulcher with a terror and a great joy, ran to have reported to the adherents of him; 9╓moreover as they proceed to have reported to the adherents of him, ╖ and lo a Jesus ╓bring-forth╖ ┌bring-down┐ to them saying, Rejoice you!
Moreover the-ones having been come-forward seized the feet of him, and they made-obeisance to him. 10At-that-time the Jesus says to them, Be terrified you not! Depart you! Report you to the brothers of me so-that they might go-forth into the Galilee, and ╓there╖ they will observe me.
11Moreover {upon} them proceeding, lo some of the sentries, having come into the city, reported to the chief-priests quite-all the-ones becoming, 12and they, having been gathered and also having taken a counsel with the-ones elder, gave-freely considerablea silver-coins to the soldiers 13saying, Say you that the adherents of him, having come of a night, stole him, {upon} us being fallen-asleep; 14and if- this -would be heard upon the sovereign, we will persuade him, and we will make you unconcerned.
15Moreover the-ones, having taken the silver-coins, did as they were taught, and this, the word, was disseminated beside {the-ones} Israelite even-to ╓the one╖ ┌the day┐ today.
16Moreover the eleven adherents proceeded into the Galilee into the mountain which the Jesus had assigned them, 17and they, having observed him, made-obeisance ╓to him╖, moreover the-ones doubted.
18And the Jesus, having come-forward, spoke to them saying, It was given-freely to me all prerogativeb within a universe and upon ╓a╖ ┌the┐ land, 19┌then┐ having been proceeded purifying them into the name of the father and of the son and of the sacred spirit, instruct you all the nations; 20teaching them to heed {the-ones} all as-much-as I enjoined to you, and lo I am with you {towards} all the days until the consummation of the eon, ╓truly╖.

bThe Greek is ἐξουσία, exousia for which the context is: freedom, liberty, option, power, right, authority, choice and prerogative. The choice of prerogative tends to embody all of the rest.
