A Letter from Jesus Accepting His Gay Sons and Daughters

I, Jesus, accept you as you are1 and know your hurts, the ostracism and the hatred directed to you, and the struggles you are having with who you are and with Me.

I am unconditional love2.  I hold My hands wide open to welcome you into a loving relationship with Me, whether you have never known Me or are not walking as closely with Me as you once were.  As the father received his prodigal son3, I am your Father receiving you, My prodigal sons and daughters, back into a loving relationship with Me.

For those who have never known Me and because I love you so much, I desire to give you the perfect free gift.  Through My love for you, I tug at your heart to respond to Me by faith and receive the free gift of eternal life.  As with any free gift you have the choice to accept it or reject it.  Even though you spurn My gift now, I will ever love and accept you.  Because of My love I am tugging at your heart for you to come to Me.

The free gift comes through belief in the death and resurrection of Me, Jesus Christ.  Only I have paid the price for your and everyone’s sins, and thereby, I am able to reconcile you to the Father4.  Without reconciling yourself to Me there will be no hope of enjoying eternity with Me.  You see, righteous acts and deeds done in your name are wonderful, however they are worthless before Me5, without faith in the great work of grace.

It is very simple, believe on Me; i.e. submit yourself to my transforming power that I have reserved uniquely for you.  Each and every person is unique to Me and I treat each one with the measure of faith given to each person6

For those of you who have known Me (as Lord), I beckon you to return as the prodigal son once did.  I have not forsaken you7.  Even though you feel that way because of adversities, I am mercy8.  Come receive spiritual healing, restoration of what the locust has eaten, and renewal of your spirit9 through Me.

Draw near to Me again just as the prodigal son did, and find Me there.  You were made alive with My blood when you received Me by faith10.  Even though your faith is barely flickering, I have been keeping it alive for your return to Me.  You are not alone in falling short of the glory of God11.  Everyone does.  Recognize your shortcomings, and ask for forgiveness and the strength to grow in Me, to become an overcomer12.  I readily grant these things to those who desire to walk in My ways.  Victory will be yours if you remain faithful to Me through all circumstances of your life13.
